We welcome all

Membership year is from January 1st through December 31st. Members joining through the year receive all newsletters for that year.

To join please fill in the MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM below and either click the PAY ONLINE BUTTON, or DOWNLOAD and print the membership form and mail it along with a check for the total amount.

Once your membership form and payment has been received, the password to access the MEMBERS page will be emailed to you as soon as possible

  • Members may place free queries in the newsletter
    Submit material for East Central Illinois area for publication in the newsletter
  • Participate in projects to preserve important records
  • Attend General Meetings

  • Personal membership may aid in accessing records
  • Access member’s web page on the society’s website
Membership runs until the end of the current year
